The Medical Diaries....An update
Ok, here we go again :)
Turns out Bradley wasn't bitten by anything. He has Shingles, painful and spreading along his right arm. He has some medication to take, but it will apparently take up to 4 weeks to get better.
Onto Simon and his visit to the orthopaedic surgeon. Surgery on his knee is looking more and more likely. I have to book him in with one of the other surgeons for a second opinion. Then back to his original surgeon and if surgery is going ahead it will be November - nice birthday present for him. Summer in plaster will not be fun, so we'll see what surgeon #2 thinks.
So more phone calls this morning booking new appointments. I definitely feel like a secretary :)

Oh dear! Poor Bradley! My BIL had shingles a year ago and it was very painful....and did take quite awhile to clear up. Good thing you had it looked at so quickly! Poor Simon too...that won't be fun either. Sounds like you will never get any rest! Tell John he has to behave right now too...:-)
